AI is becoming a routine part of organizational communications, but the real challenge is not the technology. It is trust. Communications teams are using AI for headlines, outlines, and even full drafts, yet disclosure practices vary widely. At the same time, concerns about AI in the workplace are growing.
Join Jamie Anne Vaughan, Assistant Professor at Mount Royal University, PhD Student at the University of Calgary, and Principal and Founder of Westwood Strategies, for a practical discussion on ethical AI use in communications. The session will explore how teams are using AI today, when disclosure matters, and how trust influences adoption more than any tool.
