Member with questions? We have answers.

How do I get a copy of my membership payment receipt?

When you purchased or renewed your membership, you should have received an email confirmation with an attached receipt. If you did not receive this email (or cannot locate it), email IABC at member_relations@iabc.com to request a copy of your payment receipt.

Do you offer a discount for multiple members with the same organization?

Yes. IABC offers a small group plan for five to 10 members, and a set of corporate membership plans for larger groups. Visit IABC Corporate Membership Structure and Fees for more information.

How do I update my contact information?

Please email IABC via member_relations@iabc.com with any changes to your contact information.

Where do I find my IABC membership number?

You would have received a membership number when you joined or renewed your membership.  If you can’t find your member number, contact IABC via member_relations@iabc.com or phone +1 415 544 4700 (toll free 800 776 4222).

I’m thinking of relocating. How do I transfer my membership?

If you are relocating and are currently an IABC member, contact IABC and they will guide you through the membership transfer process.

I’m switching from a corporate membership to a professional membership. How do I sign up?

If you are switching from a corporate membership to a professional membership upon renewal, you will need to contact IABC and they will be happy to assist you.

How do I get the most out of my IABC membership?

Having an IABC membership is a bit like belonging to a gym – you don’t get the results you are looking for unless you show up.

One of the best ways to find out how IABC will work for you is further exploring this site (especially Events and Get Involved). You can also go online and explore the wealth of resources available to members, or attend a professional development event or a special interest group. There are many ways for you to use your membership to enhance your career and expand your network.
