Is your organization truly prepared for a crisis? Join us for an interactive evening workshop where you’ll shift from viewing crisis communications as a static plan to building out a dynamic, living program.
You’ll learn how to structure a comprehensive crisis communications program where preparedness is woven into everyday practice, not confined to a file folder on Sharepoint. Using an all-hazards, scenario-based approach, we’ll explore how to embed resilience into your organizational culture.
Then we’ll shift to hands-on application: understanding different exercise types, setting meaningful objectives, and working collaboratively to select scenarios that strengthen your team’s readiness and keep your program alive.
Whether you’re developing your first crisis framework or transforming an existing plan into an active program, you’ll leave with actionable strategies you can implement immediately.
Who should attend: Intermediate to senior communications professionals responsible for or interested in crisis preparedness, business continuity, or organizational resilience.
