We are now accepting applications for the 2022-23 Mentorship Program! The deadline for submitting your application is Friday, October 21, 2022.

Become a Mentor or Mentee With Our Award-Winning IABC/Calgary Mentorship Program.

Invest in your professional development through a rewarding mentorship relationship with fellow communicators in our local community. The six-month program runs from fall to spring every year.

For mentors, it’s a chance to share your professional insight, expand your mentee’s network, act as a sounding board and assist your mentee in setting developmental goals.

For mentees, it’s an opportunity to learn and grow in your career, with support and counsel from a senior communications professional.

Mentors and mentees join a virtual kick-off event in mid-fall, then you continue your mentorship relationship on your chosen schedule. The program provides resources to help guide the mentorship cycle and the program officially wraps up with a celebration event in the spring.
