Join us for this fascinating luncheon featuring Rachelle Lee, President Einblau & Associates.
Awareness of the strengths you use when communicating with others is important for improving professional and personal relationships.
Furthermore, imagine how useful it would be to quickly assess the motivational behavioural style of people you are interacting, allowing you to tailor your messages to what’s important to the other person.
This presentation over lunch will introduce the key concepts of Relationship Awareness Theory, developed by Dr. Elias Porter, in particular:
- How our motivational value system impacts our sense of self-worth
- What motivates relationships with others when things are going well
- How motivational behaviour changes in times of challenge and conflict
- Differences between warranted and unwarranted conflict
- How motivational strength differences can lead to unwarranted conflict
- What are overdone strengths and how do they get in the way of positive rapport.
The luncheon is open to all communicators no matter their experience or role, including attendees from the morning workshop who wish to stay on for lunch.
